Developing Y-shaped lines in China is helpful to solve the problems of low coverage and low utilization rate of rail transit lines in suburban areas. At present, most scholars consider the departure frequency and the choice of subway routing node separately to discuss and study, lack of research on combination effect. This paper combines the departure frequency and metro routing nodes to analyze the operation index changes of Y-shaped line. And Y-shaped line of Guangzhou city as the basic data. Departure frequency and train routing nodes are combined to analyze the operation index changes of Y-shaped line. The calculation results show that the combination of the two is helpful to improve the passenger waiting time and train running kilometers under different routing conditions. The collaborative optimization between them is realized.
