With the rapid development of Chinese railway, passengers have stepped up their demands for railway service. The task confronting the railway enterprises is to relieve passengers' fatigue and offer a high standard of comfort on railway journeys. In response to requests from passengers, a new proposal called Simple Aerobics is put forward in this paper, with its emphasis on the introduction of the concept, the significance, and the characteristics of Simple Aerobics and the elaboration of several practical methods.
