Civil aviation maintenance human Error has a strong impact on aviation safety. The paper, based on the evidence theory model, assesses the aviation maintenance human error control state. Analyzing the aircraft maintenance human factors and establishing human error control assessment index system. Then the quantitative assessment was made based on the establishment of human error control assessment model and application of the evidence theory. An example shows that the method assessment results are consistent with the actual situation, which was effective in assessing the state of the human error control. It is found that the index system of human error control assessment was reliable and the evidence theory was applicable, providing theoretical guidance for improving safety management of the maintenance unit.
