This report presents an evaluation of the need for priority treatments for high-occupancy vehicles on Interstate 10 in El Paso, Texas. The study addresses a 24.9-mile section of roadway from Americas Avenue (FM 375) on the east to Mesa Street (US 80, SH 20) on the west. Applicable priority treatments and the anticipated effectiveness of those treatments to the year 2000 were identitied.
