The project consists of replacement of bridge carrying County Road No. 8 over the Penn-Central Railroad and the improvement of the approaches to the bridge. The facility will increase safety and efficiency of travel on the route, require the acquisition of both privately and publicly owned land for highway purposes, and require the displacement of three families. Any adverse environmental effects will probably be a result of acquiring additional right of way.
