In this paper, wind speed and direction along the high speed train railway line was predicted with the help of Kalman filter using simulated data. Results fit well with the true speed and direction. Warning system to adjust train speed was built mainly based on integrated risk coefficient, which was defined as the function of not only wind speed and direction, but also train speed and location.
