In this paper, creative design proposes an inverting and non-inverting buck-boost transformer. This theory is based on the assumption that people make decisions based on non-numerical and imprecise data. Indefinite models, approximate sets, or approximations characterized by fuzziness (hence the term fuzzy). They are capable of recognizing, reflecting, viewing, and processing ambiguous data. It regenerates dynamic voltage to compensate voltage sag and voltage waveform drift when used as a DVR. It has no shoot-through challenges since it is a bidirectional meter. Also, no RC snubbers or other workarounds are used. Also, MOSFETs can be applied with no diodes conducting, and for freewiring, the diode functionality can be used to eliminate the problems caused by reversing the current draw. Experimental data and rigorous study of a 300-W prototype is available.
