A research is made here for analytical redundancy reconstruction and redundancy management of the singular fault of normal accelerometer in fly-by-wire (FBW) system. Firstly by the means of model monitoring, the analytical redundancy of the normal accelerometer signal is reconstructed using hydrostatic dynamic pressure, pitch angular velocity, attack angle. Then the singular fault phenomenon during redundancy voting for quadruplex accelerometers is analyzed. The modified redundancy voting method is systematically provided with analytical redundancy to be the supplementary. Then the reliability of calculation models before and after improvement is given. Finally the analytical redundancy signals are verified comparison with measurement results and the reliability calculation before and after the improvement of redundancy voting are provided.
