The invention discloses a dual-redundancy steer-by-wire redundancy fault-tolerant control system, which comprises a dual-redundancy steering controller, a state monitoring controller, a dual-redundancy road sensing motor, a dual-redundancy steering motor, a control circuit and a dual-redundancy control network, the dual-redundancy steering controller and the state monitoring controller jointly form a controller group of the dual-redundancy steer-by-wire control system, receive a target rotation angle from a steering gear dual-redundancy road sensing motor through a redundancy control network, and feed back a road sensing control current at the same time; the dual-redundancy steering controller sends a current control signal to the steering motor according to a steering angle signal of the road sensing motor, and the steering motor feedback current is used for a torque signal of the road sensing motor; the state monitoring controller is responsible for monitoring the working state of the dual-redundancy steering controller and serves as a bridge for connecting the steering controller and the road feeling motor to guarantee system redundancy fault tolerance, and the working safety of the steer-by-wire system can be effectively improved.

    本发明揭示了一种双余度线控转向的冗余容错控制系统,包含双冗余转向控制器、状态监控控制器、双冗余路感电机、双冗余转向电机、控制电路及双余度控制网络,双冗余转向控制器和状态监控控制器共同组成双余度线控转向机控制系统的控制器组,通过余度控制网络接收来自方向机双冗余路感电机的目标转角,同时反馈路感控制电流;双冗余转向控制器根据路感电机的转角信号向转向电机发送电流控制信号,转向电机反馈电流用于路感电机扭矩信号;状态监控控制器负责监控双冗余转向控制器的工作状态同时作为连接转向控制器与路感电机的桥梁保证系统冗余容错,能够有效的提高线控转向系统的工作安全性。
