The present invention relates to an autonomous vehicle, a control system for remotely controlling the same, and a method thereof. The autonomous vehicle according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises a processor. The processor determines whether remote control is required based on at least one of occurrence of malfunction of the vehicle in autonomous driving, occurrence of an accident, an area where the autonomous driving is not possible, vehicle positioning data reliability, a stopping time of the vehicle, and a reception signal response point. In addition, the processor requests the remote control to the control system when the remote control of the vehicle is required. According to the present invention, as the remote control is requested to the control system, the autonomous driving can continue smoothly.

    본 발명은 자율 주행 차량, 그를 원격 제어하는 관제 시스템 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 자율 주행 차량은, 자율 주행 중 차량의 고장 발생 여부, 사고 발생 여부, 자율 주행 불가 영역, 차량의 측위 데이터 신뢰도, 차량의 정차 시간, 및 수신호 대응 지점 중 적어도 하나 이상을 기반으로 원격 제어가 필요한 상황인 지를 판단하고, 상기 차량의 원격 제어가 필요한 상황인 경우, 관제 시스템으로 원격 제어를 요청하는 프로세서를 포함하는 자율 주행 제어 장치를 포함할 수 있다.
