Disclosed is an oil vapor recovery apparatus. In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, the oil vapor recovery apparatus includes: a pre-cooling unit including a first pre-cooler provided on a first pre-cooler line connected to a crude oil storage tank, and a second pre-cooler provided on a second pre-cooler line branched from an inlet side of the first pre-cooler of the first pre-cooler line, and receiving oil vapor from the crude oil storage tank to pre-cool the oil vapor through the first pre-cooler and the second pre-cooler; a cooling line in which an oil vapor cooler exchanging heat between the oil vapor joined through the first and second pre-coolers and a liquefied refrigerant supplied from a refrigerant storage tank and a gas-liquid separator for gas-liquid separation of the heat-exchanged oil vapor are placed; a first heat exchange line and a second heat exchange line supplying a gas component and a liquid component supplied from the gas-liquid separator to the first pre-cooler and the second pre-cooler, respectively, to exchange heat between the components and the oil vapor supplied through the first pre-cooler line and the second pre-cooler line to supply the gas component and the liquid component to a consumer and a liquid storage tank, respectively; a refrigerant supply line circulating and supplying the liquefied refrigerant from the refrigerant storage tank to the oil vapor cooler; and a refrigerant re-liquefaction line provided with a re-liquefying means for re-liquefying a gasified refrigerant supplied from the refrigerant storage tank while recovering cold heat of the refrigerant having passed through the oil vapor cooler to increase a liquid component content of the re-liquefied refrigerant. Therefore, the present invention is capable of increasing the efficiency of oil vapor recovery and refrigerant re-liquefaction.

    유증기 회수장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 유증기 회수장치는 원유저장탱크와 연결된 제1예냉라인에 마련된 제1예냉기와, 제1예냉라인의 제1예냉기 입구 쪽으로부터 분기된 제2예냉라인에 마련된 제2예냉기를 포함하며, 원유저장탱크로부터 유증기를 각각 공급받아 제1예냉기 및 제2예냉기에 의해 예냉시키는 예냉부; 제1예냉기 및 제2예냉기를 통과하여 합류된 유증기를 냉매저장탱크로부터 공급된 액상의 냉매와 열교환시키는 유증기냉각기와, 열교환된 유증기를 기액분리하는 기액분리기가 배치된 냉각라인; 기액분리기부터 공급된 기체성분과 액체성분을 각각 제1예냉기 및 제2예냉기로 공급하여, 제1예냉라인 및 제2예냉라인을 통해 공급된 유증기와 열교환시켜 각각 수요처 및 액체저장탱크로 공급하는 제1열교환라인 및 제2열교환라인; 냉매저장탱크로부터 유증기냉각기로 액상의 냉매를 순환 공급하는 냉매공급라인; 및 냉매저장탱크로부터 공급된 기상의 냉매를 재액화시키되, 유증기냉각기를 통과한 냉매의 냉열을 회수하여 재액화되는 냉매의 액체성분 함량을 높이는 재액화 수단을 마련된 냉매재액화라인;을 포함한다.
