Disclosed is an apparatus for recovering volatile organic compounds, which ensures the efficient condensation of the volatile organic compounds (VOC) without incurring an excessive load onto a refrigerant cycle that transfers cooling heat of a refrigerant to the VOCs. The apparatus for recovering VOCs according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a pre-cooling part that includes a first pre-cooler provided on a first pre-cooler line connected to a crude oil storage tank and a second pre-cooler provided on a second pre-cooler line branched off from the first pre-cooler line on the inlet side of the first pre-cooler, and receives VOCs from the crude oil storage tank to pre-cool the same by the first pre-cooler and the second pre-cooler; a cooling line in which the VOCs through the first pre-cooler and the second pre-cooler join, and then are cooled by heat exchange, performed by a cooling part, between the VOCs and a gaseous refrigerant and liquid components supplied from a refrigerant storage tank; a first gas-liquid separator that receives at least a portion of the VOCs having passed through the cooling part and performs gas-liquid separation; a first heat exchange line that supplies gas components supplied from the first gas-liquid separator to the first pre-cooler to exchange heat of the same with the VOCs supplied through the first pre-cooler line, and then supplies the same to a customer; and a second heat exchange line that supplies the gas components supplied from the first gas-liquid separator to the second pre-cooler to exchange heat of the same with the VOCs supplied through the second pre-cooler line, and then stores the same in a liquid storage tank.

    유증기 회수장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 유증기 회수장치는 원유저장탱크와 연결된 제1예냉라인에 마련된 제1예냉기와, 제1예냉라인의 제1예냉기 입구 쪽으로부터 분기된 제2예냉라인에 마련된 제2예냉기를 포함하며, 원유저장탱크로부터 유증기를 각각 공급받아 제1예냉기 및 제2예냉기에 의해 예냉시키는 예냉부; 원유저장탱크로부터 공급된 유증기가 제1예냉기 및 제2예냉기를 통과하여 합류된 후, 냉각부에 의해 냉매저장탱크로부터 공급된 기상의 냉매 및 액체성분과 각각 열교환되어 냉각되도록 하는 냉각라인; 냉각부를 통과한 합류된 유증기의 적어도 일부를 공급받아 기액분리하는 제1기액분리기; 제1기액분리기로부터 공급된 기체성분을 제1예냉기로 공급하여 제1예냉라인을 통해 공급된 유증기와 열교환시켜 수요처로 공급하는 제1열교환라인; 및 제1기액분리기로부터 공급된 액체성분을 제2예냉기로 공급하여 제2예냉라인을 통해 공급된 유증기와 열교환시켜 액체저장탱크에 저장하는 제2열교환라인;을 포함한다.
