An oil vapor recovery device is disclosed. The oil vapor recovery device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a pre-cooling part that includes a first pre-cooler provided on a first pre-cooler line connected to a crude oil storage tank and a second pre-cooler provided on a second pre-cooler line branched off from an inlet side of the first pre-cooler of the first pre-cooler line, and receives oil vapor from the crude oil storage tank to pre-cool the oil vapor by the first pre-cooler and second pre-cooler, respectively; a cooling line that is branched from an inlet side of the pre-cooling part of the first pre-cooler line, and cools at least a part of the oil vapor received from the crude oil storage tank with a refrigerant supplied from a refrigerant storage tank to supply the same to a first gas-liquid separator; a first heat exchange line supplying gas components supplied from the first gas-liquid separator to the first pre-cooler, exchanging heat with oil vapor supplied through the first pre-cooler line, and supplying the gas component to a customer; and a second heat exchange line supplying liquid components supplied from the first gas-liquid separator to the second pre-cooler, exchanging heat with oil vapor supplied through the second pre-cooler line, and storing the liquid component in a liquid storage tank, thereby capable of controlling a refrigerant circulation flow rate to prevent excessive load from occurring in a refrigerant cycle that transfers a cold heat of the refrigerant to oil vapor.

    유증기 회수장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 유증기 회수장치는 원유저장탱크와 연결된 제1예냉라인에 마련된 제1예냉기와, 제1예냉라인의 제1예냉기 입구 쪽으로부터 분기된 제2예냉라인에 마련된 제2예냉기를 포함하며, 원유저장탱크로부터 유증기를 각각 공급받아 제1예냉기 및 제2예냉기에 의해 예냉시키는 예냉부; 제1예냉라인의 예냉부 입구 쪽으로부터 분기되고, 원유저장탱크로부터 공급받은 유증기의 적어도 일부를 냉매저장탱크로부터 공급받은 냉매와의 열교환에 의해 냉각시켜 제1기액분리기로 공급하는 유증기냉각기가 배치된 냉각라인; 제1기액분리기로부터 공급된 기체성분을 제1예냉기로 공급하여 제1예냉라인을 통해 공급된 유증기와 열교환시켜 수요처로 공급하는 제1열교환라인; 및 제1기액분리기로부터 공급된 액체성분을 제2예냉기로 공급하여 제2예냉라인을 통해 공급된 유증기와 열교환시켜 액체저장탱크에 저장하는 제2열교환라인;을 포함한다.
