The present invention relates to a dangerous situation avoidance system of an autonomous vehicle, which recognizes a danger existed on a route and avoids the same in advance. Accordingly, the dangerous situation avoidance system of an autonomous vehicle according to one aspect of the invention comprises: a control server which monitors a vehicle driving status in a set area; and the autonomous vehicle which receives route information of an abnormally driving vehicle from the control server. The autonomous vehicle updates a route to avoid the received route of the abnormally driving vehicle.

    본 발명은 경로 상에 존재하는 위험을 인식하고 이를 미리 회피하도록 하는 자율주행 차량의 위험 상황 회피 시스템을 제공한다. 이에, 발명의 일 측면에 따른 자율주행 차량의 위험 상황 회피 시스템은 설정 영역에서 차량 주행 상태를 모니터링하는 관제서버 및 상기 관제서버로부터 비정상 운행 차량의 경로정보를 수신하는 자율주행 차량을 포함하고, 상기 자율주행 차량은 수신된 비정상 운행 차량의 경로를 회피하도록 경로를 갱신한다.
