The present invention relates to a parallel-type storage battery charge circuit for railway vehicle and a charging system including the same. The parallel-type storage battery charge circuit includes: a power supply unit which supplies a power source; a constant current charge unit which is installed in a first supply line connecting the power supply unit and a storage battery to perform charging of the storage battery with the power source supplied; a direct connection charge unit which is installed in a second supply line connecting the power supply unit and the storage battery such that the direct connection charge unit is connected in parallel to the constant current charge unit, and which performs charging of the storage battery with the power source supplied; and a control unit which is connected to the constant current charge unit and direct connection charge unit to selectively drive the constant current charge unit and direct connection charge unit according to charging capacity of the storage battery. Embodiments of the present invention can improve performance and lifetime of the storage battery by connecting the constant current charge unit and direct connection charge unit in parallel and performing charging of the storage battery, thereby enabling the storage battery to be stabilized through the constant current charge unit, and can reduce charging time by enabling the storage battery to be charged more rapidly through the direct connection charge unit.

    철도차량용 병렬형 축전지 충전회로 및 이를 구비한 충전 시스템에서, 상기 철도차량용 병렬형 축전지 충전회로는 전원을 공급하는 전원 공급부, 상기 전원 공급부와 축전지를 연결하는 제1 공급라인 상에 설치되어, 상기 공급되는 전원으로 상기 축전지의 충전을 수행하는 정전류 충전부, 상기 전원 공급부와 상기 축전지를 연결하는 제2 공급라인 상에 설치되어 상기 정전류 충전부와 병렬로 연결되고, 상기 공급되는 전원으로 상기 축전지의 충전을 수행하는 직결 충전부 및 상기 정전류 충전부 및 상기 직결 충전부와 연결되어 상기 축전지의 충전 용량에 따라 상기 정전류 충전부 및 상기 직결 충전부를 선택적으로 구동시키는 제어부를 포함한다.
