A non-aqueous electrolyte battery having excellent high temperature storage performance and high current performance, a battery pack including the non-aqueous electrolyte battery, and a vehicle including the battery pack are provided. According to an embodiment, provided is a non-aqueous electrolyte battery including a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and a non-aqueous electrolyte. The positive electrode includes positive electrode active material secondary particles, and a coating layer. The average secondary particle diameter of the positive electrode active material secondary particles is 3 μm or more and 25 μm or less. The coating layer covers at least a part of a surface of the positive electrode active material secondary particles. In addition, the coating layer contains lithium titanium oxide and has a thickness of 3 nm or more and 30 nm or less. The shortest distance of the positive electrode and the negative electrode is 12 μm or less.

    고온 저장 성능과 대전류 성능이 우수한 비수전해질 전지, 비수전해질 전지를 포함하는 전지 팩, 전지 팩을 포함하는 차량을 제공한다. 실시 형태에 따르면, 정극과, 부극과, 비수전해질을 포함하는 비수전해질 전지가 제공된다. 정극은, 정극 활물질 2차 입자와, 피복층을 포함한다. 정극 활물질 2차 입자의 평균 2차 입자 직경은 3㎛ 이상 25㎛ 이하이다. 피복층은, 정극 활물질 2차 입자의 표면의 적어도 일부를 피복한다. 또한, 피복층은, 리튬티타늄 산화물을 포함하고, 두께가 3nm 이상 30nm 이하이다. 정극과 부극의 최단 거리가 12㎛ 이하이다.
