A non-aqueous electrolyte battery (60A) comprises a group (21A) including a positive electrode, a negative electrode, bipolar electrodes (17, 18, 16) and a separator (14) between the electrodes. In the positive electrode, a positive electrode active material layer (12) is formed on both surfaces of a current collector (11). In the negative electrode, a negative electrode active material layer (13) is formed on both surfaces of the current collector (11). In the bipolar electrodes, the positive electrode active material layer (12) and the negative electrode active material layer (13) are respectively formed on both surfaces of the current collector (11). In the groups, the electrodes are stacked by interposing the separator. The group comprises current collecting tabs (15A, 15B, 15c1) for the electrodes. Connection parts (15a1-a4, 15b1-b4, 15c1-c4) of the tabs are arranged on the different positions on the circumference of the group.
