A bush (1) of the present invention forms primary and secondary compression rates with different sizes fitted to primary and secondary indenting loads in left and right elastic compression portions (31-1, 31-2) of a clamp shaped cross sectional surface (V shaped cross sectional surface), while resolving a bulge phenomenon by stress concentration dispersion by volume dispersion in an indenting process, improving durability by an elastic body maintaining a compressed state even in a large behavior of a suspension, and improving an R&H performance by reducing torsional stiffness relative to radial directional stiffness. As a result, the bush (1) miniaturizes the size of the bush by using changing features from a lower compression rate to a high compression rate, and a conventionally used suspension arm can be commonly used as a part. In particular, a suspension system (100) may be composed of the suspension arm (110) using a low compression bush (1) applied with the primary compression rate or a high compression bush (1) applied with the secondary compression rate in a various way.

    본 발명의 부시(1)는 꺾쇠 형상 단면(V 형상 단면)의 좌,우 탄성 압축부(31-1,31-2)로 1,2차 압입 하중에 맞춘 다른 크기의 1,2차 압축율을 형성하면서 압입 공정 시 체적 분산에 의한 응력 집중 분산으로 벌지 현상을 해소하고 서스펜션의 큰 거동에서도 탄성체가 압축상태를 유지하여 내구성을 향상하고, 반경방향 강성 대비 비틀림 강성을 저감하여 R&H 성능을 향상한다. 그 결과 부시(1)는 저 압축율에서 고 압축율로 변화되는 특성을 이용하여 부시 사이즈를 축소하고 기존 사양의 서스펜션 암에 공용 부품화가 가능하다. 특히 서스펜션 시스템(100)은 1차 압축율이 적용된 저압축용 부시(1)나 2차 압축율이 적용된 고압축용 부시(1)를 이용한 서스펜션 암(110)으로 구성될 수 있는 다양성이 구현된다.
