A tuning freedom degree improvement type bush (1) applied to a suspension system (100) of the present invention has a bush elastic coefficient in which a plastic elastic coefficient of a second inner pipe (30) and a rubber elastic coefficient of a rubber part (60) are combined and combines rigidity tuning by the plastic elastic coefficient and elastic tuning by the rubber elastic coefficient to increase a freedom degree of tuning, thereby easily increasing rigidity in shaft and rotation directions and decreasing rigidity in forward/backward and vertical directions and shortening a development load for optimizing target performance of R&H/NVH/steering/endurance.

    본 발명의 현가 시스템(100)에 적용된 튜닝 자유도 개선형 부시(1)는 제2 내 파이프(30)의 플라스틱탄성계수와 러버부(60)의 러버탄성계수가 조합된 부시탄성계수를 갖고, 상기 플라스틱탄성계수에 의한 강성 튜닝과 상기 러버탄성계수에 의한 탄성 튜닝이 조합되어 튜닝 자유도를 높여줌으로써 축 방향 강성 및 회전 방향 강성 증대와 전후 방향 및 상하 방향의 강성 저하가 용이하면서도 R&H/NVH/조향/내구의 목표 성능 최적화를 위한 개발로드가 단축되는 특징을 갖는다.
