배터리 수용부에의 배터리의 삽입력으로 작동해서 배터리를 로크하는 로크 기구가 설치되어 있어도, 그 손상을 방지하는 것이 가능한 배터리 교환 로봇을 제공한다. 배터리 교환 로봇(5)에서는, 배터리 수용부(4)에의 배터리(3)의 삽입 동작 시에 있어서, 배터리 수용부(4)에의 배터리(3)의 삽입력으로 작동해서 배터리(3)를 로크하는 로크 기구에 의한 배터리(3)의 로크나 배터리측 커넥터와 수용부측 커넥터와의 접속이 행하여지는 접속 동작이 개시되면, 배터리(3)에 걸림 결합되어 배터리(3)를 이동시키는 배터리 걸림 결합부의 구동용 모터가 위치 제어와 과부하 제어에 의해 제어된다. 과부하 제어에서는, 모터의 부하가 소정의 기준값을 초과해도 모터의 부하가 기준값을 초과한 상태에서 소정 시간이 경과될 때까지 모터가 구동됨과 함께, 모터의 부하가 기준값을 초과한 상태에서 소정 시간이 경과되면 모터가 정지된다.

    Provided is a battery replacing robot capable of preventing damage to a lock mechanism installed to lock a battery by being activated by the force of insertion of the battery into a battery container portion. In overload control, even when motor load exceeds a predetermined reference value, the motor is driven with the motor load exceeding the reference value until a predetermined time elapses, and the motor is stopped when the predetermined time elapses with the motor load exceeding the reference value.
