The present invention provides an operation recording method by a tower crane operation management system which detects an operation signal by detecting power of a tower crane and an electrical signal of a signal terminal block, checks an operation direction and an operation record of the tower crane, and a driver performing driving through a driver check device, and wirelessly transmits a weight signal through a sensor (load cell) measuring a weight (load) of an object driven by the tower crane to a management system with driver information, operation direction information, operation record information, and weight information so as to perform maintenance and clearly indicate reasons for an accident in case of the accident, thereby preventing the accident related to safety and preparing precautions.

    본 발명은 타워크레인의 전원 및 신호 단자대의 전기적인 신호를 감지하는 것으로 운전신호를 감지하고, 이때, 타워크레인의 운전방향과 운전 기록 및 운전을 수행하는 운전자를 운전자 확인장치를 통해 확인하며, 타워크레인이 운전하는 물체의 무게(하중)를 측정하는 센서(로드셀)을 통해 무게신호를 운전자 정보, 운전방향정보, 운전기록 정보 및 무게 정보와 함께 무선으로 관리 시스템으로 전송하도록 하여 유지보수는 물론 사고 시 사고이유를 명확히 밝힐 수 있어 추후 안전사고 방지와 예방책을 마련할 수 있는 타워크레인 운전 관리시스템에 의한 운전기록 방법을 제공한다.
