The invention provides a multifunctional integrated tower crane operation system. The multifunctional integrated tower crane operation system comprises a monitoring platform, a high-definition networkdome camera, a tower crane operation data acquisition system and a frequency converter control management system, and the monitoring platform is correspondingly connected with the tower crane operation data acquisition system and the frequency converter control management system in a 485 communication mode; the high-definition network dome camera is mounted at the farthest end of a tower crane forearm, is connected with the monitoring platform in a network cable POE power supply mode, and is used for acquiring and sending video image information around a tower body and the forearm; the monitoring platform receives tower crane operation data sent by the tower crane operation data acquisition system in real time and frequency converter operation data sent by the frequency converter controlmanagement system in real time; coordinate points of the height and the amplitude of a tower crane hook are calculated according to the tower crane operation data; and a remote control module debugs and corrects or safely locks instruction information for stopping operation to the frequency converter control management system. The working range of the tower crane is monitored in real time in a multi-directional mode, remote coordination is achieved, and the safety of site construction is improved.

    本发明提供一种多功能一体式塔吊运行系统,包括监控平台、高清网络球机、塔吊运行数据采集系统以及变频器控制管理系统,监控平台分别通过485通讯方式与塔吊运行数据采集系统、变频器控制管理系统连接;高清网络球机安装在塔机前臂最远端,且以网线POE供电方式与监控平台连接,用于采集与发送塔身和前臂周边的视频图像信息;监控平台接收塔吊运行数据采集系统实时发送的塔吊运行数据、变频器控制管理系统实时发送的变频器运行数据;根据塔吊运行数据计算出塔吊吊钩的高度和幅度的坐标点;远程控制模块向变频器控制管理系统调试修正或者安全锁定停止运行的指令信息。本发明对塔吊的工作范围进行实时多方位监测,实现远程协调,提高工地施工的安全性。
