트레일링 암과 토션 빔과의 연결 부분에서 급격한 강성의 변화를 방지할 수 토션 빔 식 서스펜션을 제공한다. 본 발명은 상부 부재(10)와 하부 부재(20)를 갖는 토션 빔 식 서스펜션(100)으로, 트레일링 암 구성 부재(11)와 한 쌍의 하부 부재를 구비한 차체의 전후 방향으로 신연하고 상하로 요동 가능한 좌우의 트레일링 암(50)과 상부 부재(10)에서 좌우의 트레일링 암 구성 부재 사이에 배치되는 토션 빔 (16)을 구비한다. 하부 부재는 상부 접속부(21)와 상부 접속부(21)로부터 토션 빔의 U 자형 단면의 저부를 향해 경사지고 토션 빔과 접합하는 빔 접합부(22)를 구비한다.
