The present invention relates to a bladder rubber composition for curing tire. More particularly, the bladder rubber composition comprises porous carbon nanoparticles having a uniform particle size. The porous carbon nanoparticles are prepared by heat-treating nanoparticles having a core-shell structure including a polystyrene core as reinforcing filler for bladder raw rubber, and a shell having a single layer composed of a coordination polymer. The bladder rubber composition has enhanced fatigue resistance, and abrasion resistance, and has increased reinforcement with rubber, thereby increasing thermal conductivity and productivity of tire.
본 발명은 타이어 가류용 블래더 고무 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 블래더 원료 고무의 보강 충진제로써 폴리스타이렌 코어와, 배위 고분자로 단일층을 형성한 쉘을 포함하는 코어-쉘(Core-Shell) 구조의 나노 입자를 열처리한 균일한 입자경의 다공성 탄소(Porous Carbon) 나노 입자를 포함하므로써 내피로도와 내마모도를 향상시키고, 고무와의 보강성을 증가시켜 열전도도 및 타이어의 생산성이 증가되는 특징이 있다.
