The invention relates to the technical field of rubber, in particular to an ultrahigh-heat-conduction tire curing bladder rubber composition and a process for producing a bladder by using the ultrahigh-heat-conduction tire curing bladder rubber composition. The composition includes the following components in parts by weight: 80-90 parts of butyl rubber, wherein the butyl rubber contains 40-55 parts of at least one of low-unsaturation butyl rubber 065 and low-unsaturation butyl rubber 100; 5-10 parts of a halogen donor; 55-65 parts of a mixture of N347 carbon black and superconductive acetylene carbon black; 3-9 parts of modified nano aluminum nitride; 1-3 parts of gum easy; 1-5 parts of a resin homogenizing agent; 3-6 parts of zinc oxide; 6-12 parts of castor oil; 0.5-2 parts of stearic acid; and 7-9 parts of vulcanized resin. According to the invention, the heat conductivity coefficient of the produced capsule is increased by about 90%, various physical and mechanical properties meet the requirements, and actual use verifies that the vulcanized capsule is good in use performance, and the average aging life is 400 times or above.
