The invention discloses a high-thermal-conductivity low-permanent-deformation tire curing bladder rubber material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The high-thermal-conductivity low-permanent-deformation tire curing bladder rubber material is prepared from the following main components: basic rubber (including butyl rubber JSR268 and modified chloroprene rubber Evomer EV-2502), graphene, magnesium oxide, N234 carbon black, vaseline, stearic acid and vulcanized resin PCZ-70. The preparation method comprises the following steps: banburying basic rubber and graphene to prepare a master batch sheet, adding carbon black, stearic acid, magnesium oxide and vaseline, banburying to obtain a rubber compound, standing, adding vulcanized resin, and mixing to obtain the capsule rubber material. The graphene, the magnesium oxide and the modified chloroprene rubber Evomer EV-2502 are used for improving the heat resistance and the heat conduction performance of the rubber material, meanwhile, the permanent deformation of a capsule prepared from the rubber material is reduced, the heat conductivity coefficient of the capsule can reach 0.56-0.62 W/m.K, and meanwhile, the compression permanent deformation is reduced to 12%-16%. As the heat conduction of the capsule is fast, the capsule has the advantage of short vulcanization time in the use process, and the production efficiency of the tire can be improved.

    本发明公开了一种高导热低永久变形轮胎硫化胶囊胶料及其制备方法和应用,主要成分包括:基础橡胶(包括丁基橡胶JSR268、改性氯丁胶Evolmer EV‑2502)、石墨烯、氧化镁、N234炭黑、凡士林、硬脂酸、硫化树脂PCZ‑70。将基础橡胶和石墨烯密炼制成母炼胶片,加入炭黑、硬脂酸、氧化镁、凡士林密炼成混炼胶,停放后加入硫化树脂混炼得到胶囊胶料。本发明使用石墨烯、氧化镁和改性氯丁胶Evolmer EV‑2502提升胶料的耐热和导热性能,同时降低该胶料制成的胶囊的永久变形,该胶囊导热系数可达到0.56‑0.62W/m.K,同时压缩永久变形降低到12%‑16%。由于胶囊的导热快,因此其使用过程中具有硫化时间短的优势,能提高轮胎的生产效率。
