The present invention relates to a folding-type safety footrest for preventing passengers′ legs from falling into a gap between the platform and the train, which can be unfolded after the train enters the platform, block the gap between the entrance door of the train and the platform, and allow the passengers to safely get on or off the train even passengers′ legs do not fall into a gap between the platform and the train. The footrest of the present invention can be easily installed not only on a new platform but also on existing platforms without having to make a block out of the platform, and can support the load of the passengers firmly and safely. The footrest of the present invention comprises: multiple load supporting plates (1); a gap finishing member (5) placed on the top of the external edge in the widthwise direction of the load supporting plates (1) to be able to rotate and to contact the train; a horizontal protecting plate (3) fixated and installed on the top of the load supporting plates (1); and a rotating cover plate (2) placed to change into the position at right angles to the horizontal position. When passengers are not getting on or off the train, the load supporting plates (1) are folded and the rotating cover plate (2) is vertical, and when the passengers are getting on or off the train, the load supporting plates (1) rotate to be unfolded. The load supporting plates (1) rotate to push the rotating cover plate (2) making the rotating cover plate (2) horizontal to block the gap, preventing passengers′ legs from falling into the gap and causing them to fall down.

    본 발명은 열차 차량이 승강장으로 진입한 후에 펼쳐져서 열차 차량의 출입문과 승강장 사이의 연단간격을 가로막아 승객이 빠지지 않고 안전하게 열차 차량에 승하강할 수 있도록 하면서도, 승강장에 설치할 때 승강장을 블록아웃할 필요가 없어서 신설 승강장뿐만 아니라 기존 승강장에도 용이하게 설치할 수 있으며, 승객의 하중을 견고하고 안전하게 지지할 수 있는 구성을 가지는 "열차승강장 발빠짐 방지용 접철식 안전발판"에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는 복수개의 하중 지지판(1)과; 상기 하중 지지판(1)의 횡방향 외측 가장자리의 상부에는 회전가능하게 구비되어 열차 차량에 접하는 간격마감부재(5)와; 하중 지지판(1)의 위쪽에 고정 설치되는 수평보호판(3)과; 수평한 위치와 연직한 위치로 변화되도록 구비되는 회전덮개판(2)을 포함하여 구성되어; 승하강 불가 상황에서는, 하중 지지판(1)의 접힘상태 및 회전덮개판(2)의 연직 상태에 있으며; 승객의 승하강 상황에서는 하중 지지판(1)이 회전하여 펼침상태가 되면서, 하중 지지판(1)이 회전하면서 회전덮개판(2)을 밀어서 회전덮개판(2)이 수평한 위치로 되어 틈새를 폐쇄함으로써 승객이 틈새에 빠지거나 추락하는 것을 방지하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 접철식 안전발판이 제공된다.
