計測対象である診断対象機器(4)の近傍に発音体(5)を設ける。測定部(6)は、各時刻で一つの周波数成分を有し、周波数成分の中心周波数が時間と共に変化する単位信号を時間軸上に配列した試験信号を発音体(5)から受音体(2)までの間を伝播させ、受音体(2)で得られる測定信号を取得する。推定部(7)は、単位信号の時間と強度の関係に基づいて、発音体(5)から受音体(2)までの間の音の伝播特性を推定する。

    A sound generator (5) is provided near equipment (4) to be examined that is an object to be measured. A measurement unit (6) acquires a measurement signal received by a sound receiver (2) by causing a test signal, which is a series of unit signals aligned along a time axis, to propagate from the sound generator (5) to the sound receiver (2), said unit signals having one frequency component for each time with the central frequency in the frequency component changing over time. An estimation unit (7) estimates the propagation properties of sound from the sound generator (5) to the sound receiver (2) on the basis of the relationship between the time and the intensity of the unit signal.
