To provide a polynomial which enhances the estimation accuracy of acceleration.SOLUTION: A parameter calculation part 3 comprises; an aggregated torque specification part 325 for specifying aggregated torque which is obtained by aggregating shaft torque outputted by an output shaft of an engine of a vehicle, and brake torque at a brake operation; a speed specification part 326 for specifying a vehicle speed of the vehicle and the acceleration of the vehicle; a gradient specification part 327 for specifying a gradient of a road on which the vehicle travels; and a parameter calculation part 328 for calculating a parameter of each item of a polynomial for making the aggregated torque, the vehicle speed and the acceleration of the vehicle with the gradient as a variable approximate to one another on the basis of the aggregated torque which is specified by the torque specification part, the vehicle speed and the acceleration which are specified by the speed specification part, and the gradient which is specified by the gradient specification part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
