To provide a system and method for visualizing a driver's psychological characteristic on a map as a psychological characteristic map.SOLUTION: The present invention acquires the movement history of vehicles respectively driven by a plurality of drivers from a first database that stores the movement history data of vehicles respectively driven by the plurality of drivers; acquires data that indicates the psychological characteristics of the plurality of drivers from a second database that stores data indicating the psychological characteristic of each of the plurality of drivers; and generates a psychological characteristic map on the basis of the acquired movement history data and the data that indicates the psychological characteristics.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
