To provide a blocking bar breakage preventing device for a lightweight bending type crossing gate with excellent durability that enables installation onto a bending blocking bar, of a breakage prevention mechanism configured to be bent by the impact caused when an automobile or the like confined in a railroad crossing escapes therefrom.SOLUTION: A bending type blocking bar breakage preventing device 100 includes: a base end blocking bar 500 in which a blocking bar is rotated in a right-angle direction to be raised; and a top part blocking bar configured such that a tip part ranging forward from a bend part 20 is bent in an obliquely upward direction toward the outer side of a railroad crossing. The tip blocking bar has a bendable part 30 provided with a bend axis B that is set in a direction deviated only by a specific angle from a bend axis A of the bend part 20. The bendable part 30 is configured such that a fixed cylinder 600B and a movable cylinder 600C are connected to each other with a hinge mechanism 31 which is rotated along a direction different from that of the bend axis A, and the movable cylinder 600C is bent in an obliquely upward direction outside the railroad crossing by pushing and pressing the movable cylinder 600C from the inside of the railroad crossing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】踏切内に閉じ込められた自動車などが脱出する際の衝撃力で折曲する折損防止機構を屈曲式の遮断桿に設置することを可能とする、軽量でかつ耐久性に優れた屈曲式遮断機の遮断桿折損防止装置を提供すること。【解決手段】遮断桿が直角方向に回動して立ち上がる基端部遮断桿500と、屈曲部20から先が踏切外側に向けて斜め上方向に折曲するように構成された先端部遮断桿とを有する屈曲式の遮断桿折損防止装置100であって、先端部遮断桿には、屈曲部20の屈曲軸Aの方向とは特定角度だけずれた方向に設定された折曲軸Bを設けた折曲部30を有するとともに、折曲部30は、不動筒体600Bと可動筒体600Cとは、屈曲軸Aとは異なる方向に沿って回動するヒンジ機構31によって連結され、踏切内から可動筒体600Cを押動・押圧することによって、可動筒体600Cが踏切外の斜め上方に向けて折曲するように構成されている。【選択図】図1
