PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a railway crossing interception rod breakage detection device which can automatically detect a breakage of an interception rod provided on a railway crossing.SOLUTION: A railway crossing intersection rod breakage detection device is equipped with slave units 110a to 110d which are mounted on a tip side of an interception rod provided on a railway crossing gate, and a master unit 120 which determines existence or absence of occurrence of breakage of the interception bar on the basis of a notice from the slave units 110a to 110d. When each slave unit 110a to 110d detects a change in an inclination state of the interception rod, the slave unit transmits an inclination state notice to the master unit 120. When an elevational state of the railway crossing gate is changed, the master unit 120 discriminates whether the master unit receives an inclination state notice in association with such a change from each slave unit 110a to 110d, and if there is a slave unit 110a to 110d from which the master unit does not receive an inclination state notice, the master unit determines that a breakage occurs in the interception rod onto which said slave unit 110a to 110d is mounted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】踏切遮断機が備える遮断桿の折損検知を自動で行うことができる踏切遮断桿折損検知装置を提供する。【解決手段】踏切遮断機が備える遮断桿の先端側に装着される子機110a〜110dと、子機110a〜110dからの通知に基づいて、遮断桿の折損発生の有無を判断する親機120とを備える。各子機110a〜110dは、遮断桿の傾斜状態の変化を検知すると、親機120に傾斜状態通知を送信する。親機120は、踏切遮断機の昇降状態が変化した際に、当該変化に伴う傾斜状態通知を各子機110a〜110dから受信しているか否かを判別し、傾斜状態通知を受信していない子機110a〜110dが存在する場合は、当該子機110a〜110dが装着された遮断桿に折損が発生していると判断する。【選択図】図1
