To achieve smooth shift from automatic navigation control of a ship to fixed point holding control of the ship while suppressing thrust of the ship from being generated in a direction against inertial force of the ship when shifting from the automatic navigation control of the ship to the fixed point holding control of the ship.SOLUTION: A ship comprises: an actuator which has a function of generating propulsive power of a ship and a function of causing the ship to generate moment; and a ship control device which activates the actuator. The ship control device can execute automatic navigation control of the ship and fixed point holding control of the ship. The ship control device includes a fixed point holding target position setting part which sets a fixed point holding target position that is a target position of the ship during execution of the fixed point holding control. When the ship control device executes the automatic navigation control of the ship and then executes the fixed point holding control of the ship, the fixed point holding target position setting part sets, as the fixed point holding target position which is different from an automatic navigation stop position that is a position as of when the ship stops the automatic navigation control.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】船舶の自動航行制御から船舶の定点保持制御への移行時に生じる船舶の慣性力に抗する向きの船舶の推力の発生を抑制しつつ、船舶の自動航行制御から船舶の定点保持制御への円滑な移行を実現する。【解決手段】船舶の推進力を発生する機能と船舶にモーメントを発生させる機能とを有するアクチュエータと、アクチュエータを作動させる船舶制御装置とを備える船舶であって、船舶制御装置は、船舶の自動航行制御と、船舶の定点保持制御とを実行可能であり、船舶制御装置は、船舶の定点保持制御の実行中における船舶の目標位置である定点保持目標位置を設定する定点保持目標位置設定部を備え、船舶制御装置が、船舶の自動航行制御を実行し、次いで、船舶の定点保持制御を実行する場合に、定点保持目標位置設定部は、船舶の自動航行制御の停止時における船舶の位置である自動航行停止位置とは異なる位置を定点保持目標位置として設定する。【選択図】図1
