To solve such a problem that since a propeller exposes in a conventional rotary wing type device (helicopter, drone and so on) and the conventional device has obtained buoyance (lift) by moving air above the impeller downward, rains or snows hit the impeller during rain fall or snow fall, it was difficult to operate the device, and the device could not been used in bad weather.SOLUTION: In order to solve a conventional problem, provided is a device with a structure and a principle for obtaining buoyance (lift) that are different from a conventional device. Since the device of the present invention obtains buoyance (lift) by air stream from an impeller below a flat plate, rains or snows do not directly hit the impeller during rain fall or snow fall. There is no hindrance to action of buoyance (lift), and therefore, the device can be used even in bad wether.SELECTED DRAWING: None

    【課題】従来の回転翼式装置(ヘリコプター、ドローンなど)は、羽根車が露出しており、羽根車上方の空気を下方へ移動させることで、浮力(揚力)を得ていた。そのため、降雨や降雪などの際、羽根車に当たり、操縦が難しくなり、悪天候時には使用できないという課題があった。【解決手段】この課題に対して、従来の装置とは異なる構造と浮力(揚力)を得る原理の装置を提供する。平板の下側の羽根車からの気流によって浮力(揚力)を得るため、降雨や降雪などの際でも直接羽根車に当たることがない。装置の浮力(揚力)の働きに支障はなく、悪天候時に使用できないという課題を解決する。【選択図】なし
