To provide a fluid machinery and an underwater sailing body which can be compactified.SOLUTION: A fluid machinery comprises: a shank which extends in an axial direction; a shroud which is arranged covering the shank and which forms a fluid channel between the shank and the shroud in which one side in the axial direction is an upstream side, and the other side in the axial direction is a downstream side; a propeller which is rotatably arranged around the axial line between the shank and the shroud; a motor which is arranged in the shroud to rotatably drive the propeller; and a bearing device which is arranged only at the shank among the shroud and the shank, and rotatably supports the propeller.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
