To provide a control device for an industrial vehicle that can accurately determine the transition of a driving state of the industrial vehicle, the industrial vehicle and a control program for the industrial vehicle.SOLUTION: A driving state determination unit 31 comprises: a transition condition determination unit 31A that determines a first driving state by comparing a detection result of a detection unit and a transition condition; and a statistical processing determination unit 31B that performs statistical processing on the detection result of the detection unit 32 and determines a second driving state based on modeled data. The driving state determination unit 31 settles the driving state determination result by comparing the determination result by the transition condition determination unit 31A and the determination result by the statistical processing determination unit 31B. In this way, the driving state determination unit 31 can determine the driving state with greater accuracy by comparing not only the determination result of the first driving state using the transition condition but also the determination result of the second driving state using the statistical processing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】産業車両の運転状態の遷移を精度良く判定できる、産業車両の制御装置、産業車両、及び産業車両の制御プログラムを提供する。【解決手段】運転状態判定部31は、検出部による検出結果と遷移条件とを比較することで、第1の運転状態を判定する遷移条件判定部31Aと、検出部32による検出結果に対する統計的処理を行い、モデル化したデータに基づいて第2の運転状態を判定する統計的処理判定部31Bと、を有する。そして、運転状態判定部31は、遷移条件判定部31Aによる判定結果と、統計的処理判定部31Bによる判定結果とを比較することによって、運転状態判定結果を確定する。このように、運転状態判定部31は、遷移条件を用いての第1の運転状態の判定結果のみならず、統計的処理を用いた第2の運転結果も比較することで、より精度を高めた運転状態の判定が可能となる。【選択図】図2
