To provide a control device for an industrial vehicle, the industrial vehicle, and a control program for the industrial vehicle, which are able to more accurately determine transition of an operating state of the industrial vehicle according to the level of driver's skill.SOLUTION: An operating state determination unit 31 determines an operating state of a forklift 50, based on a state transition model into which the operating state of the forklift 50 is classified. Since the operating state determination unit 31 makes a determination based on the state transition model as described above, a determination of an operating state of the forklift 50 is facilitated. The operating state determination unit 31 creates a histogram based on operation information detected by a detection unit 32 and, based on the histogram, determines a transition of the operating state. Because the operating state determination unit 31 makes a determination based on the histogram, as described above, a transition of the operating state can appropriately be determined according to the level of driver's skill, etc.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】運転者の熟練度等を考慮して、産業車両の運転状態の遷移を更に精度良く判定できる、産業車両の制御装置、産業車両、及び産業車両の制御プログラムを提供する。【解決手段】運転状態判定部31は、フォークリフト50の運転状態が分類された状態遷移モデルに基づき、フォークリフト50の運転状態を判定する。このように、運転状態判定部31が、状態遷移モデルに基づいた判定を行うことで、フォークリフト50の運転状態の判定が行い易くなる。運転状態判定部31は、検出部32で検出された操作情報に基づくヒストグラムを作成し、当該ヒストグラムに基づいて運転状態の遷移を判定する。このように、運転状態判定部31が、ヒストグラムに基づいた判定を行うことで、運転者の熟練度等に応じて、運転状態の遷移を適切に判定することができる。【選択図】図2
