The first communication unit 10 communicates with each of a plurality of charging facilities 2. The determination unit 11 determines a charging current value to be distributed to the plurality of charging facilities 2. The control unit 12 controls the first communication unit 10 to transmit the charging current value determined by the determination unit 11 to each of the plurality of charging facilities 2. The determination unit 11 distributes a first current value to one or more charging facilities 2 which are not supplying a charge current among the plurality of charging facilities 2. The determination unit 11 distributes a second current value to one or more charging facilities 2 which are supplying a charge current among the plurality of charging facilities 2, and determines distribution such that the total of the first and the second current values does not exceed a predetermined upper limit value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
