To provide a charging control system or the like that controls charging of a battery of a mobile object on the charger side.SOLUTION: A charging control system 100 includes charging control means 1 for controlling charging of a battery 21 of a vehicle 20 by a charger 10 on the basis of a charging current command value or a charging power command value transmitted from the vehicle 20 to the charger 10, and the charging control means 1 changes a charging current of the battery 21 by changing an output setting value of the charger 10 when the charging mode is constant current charging or constant power charging.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
