To provide a charge control device capable of controlling to prevent a charging device from being overloaded.SOLUTION: A charge control device for a charging device 103 controls charging to each of a plurality of electrically chargeable vehicles connected to the charging device, the charging device being a device which electrically charges each vehicle in an apartment house and in which maximum usage power to simultaneously charge the plurality of vehicles is set. In the case where charging is requested from a vehicle while the number of vehicles exceeds the maximum number of simultaneously chargeable vehicles within a range of the maximum usage power ("No" in a step S175), charging to the vehicle that requests charging while exceeding the maximum number of vehicles is brought into a standby state (a step S180).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 19A
