To provide a new technology that can constantly monitor a turnout and detect changes in adhesion force.SOLUTION: A turnout adhesion degree monitoring device 1 is provided with: a data acquisition unit 202 that acquires acoustic data for each conversion operation of an electric switch machine that converts a turnout from one adhesion state to the other adhesion state between a stationary side adhesion state in which a tongue rail is adhered to a basic rail on a stationary side and an antipodal side adhesion state in which the tongue rail is adhered to the basic rail on the antipodal side; an acoustic value calculation unit 204 that calculates, based on the acoustic data, a separation period acoustic value indicating magnitude of a sound during a separation period to separate one contact state and a contact period acoustic value indicating the magnitude of the sound during the contact period to bring the turnout into the other contact state; and an adhesion degree detection unit 206 that detects a change in an adhesion degree of the tongue rail adhering to the basic rail based on the separation period acoustic value and the contact period acoustic value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
