The structure of the sensor is basically consistent with the appearance of a gasket, and the thickness of the sensor is 3mm +/-0.8 mm, so that the closely-attached force sensor can measure the stress value in real time after being installed and can also be used as the gasket, and the situation that a point switch cannot work normally after the locking force sensor is installed is avoided.

    本发明提出一种检测道岔转辙机锁闭铁密贴力传感器,包括M形金属板与接线柱基座,两者一体连接而成,所述M形金属板的侧面与表面分别开有侧面布线槽与表面布线槽,表面布线槽与侧面布线槽导通,两个槽内布置有测力感应区域的信号线,所述信号线延伸至接线柱内,所述接线柱与接线柱基座焊接一体,所述M形金属板两面的中部为凹面结构,凹面结构的中间为凸面承压区域,所述凹面结构的边缘处为凹面产生形变用台阶。本发明传感器的结构与垫片外形基本一致,厚度3mm±0.8mm,这样的尺寸使得密贴力传感器安装后既可以实时测量所受力值,又可以充当垫片使用,避免因安装锁闭力传感器后转辙机无法正常工作。
