To provide a method by which a turnout is always monitored and an adhesion force change is detected.SOLUTION: A turnout adhesion degree monitoring device 1 comprises a data acquisition part 202, a vibration magnitude computing part 204 and an adhesion degree detection part 206. The data acquisition part acquires vibration data every changeover action of an electric switch machine which makes a turnout from one adhered state to another of either a normal side adhered state where a tongue rail adheres to a stock rail in a normal side or a reverse side adhered state where the tongue rail adheres to the stock rail in a reverse side. The vibration magnitude computing part computes, based on the vibration data, a separating period vibration magnitude indicating a vibration magnitude in one separating period during which an adhered state is dissolved and an adhering period vibration magnitude indicating a vibration magnitude in an adhering period during which another adhering is realized. The adhesion degree detection part detects a generation of a change of an adhesion degree with which a tongue rail adheres to a stock rail, based on vibration magnitudes during a separating period and an adhering period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
