To reduce a burden of a remote operator by decreasing frequency of the remote operator's providing support for remote operation.SOLUTION: A vehicle remote control support system comprises: a remote operation support case database which stores a past operation support request state including vehicle positional information and external environmental information when remote operation request was previously made in association with a content of remote operation support provided by a remote operator in the past remote operation request state; a similarity determination section which determines, when the remote operation support request is received from an automatically operated vehicle, whether or not the remote operation request state of the automatically operated vehicle is similar to the past operation support request state stored in the remote operation support case database on the basis of a position and an external environment of the automatically operated vehicle which sent the remote operation support request; and a remote operation support content automatic transmission section which transmits the content of remote operation support corresponding to the past operation support state to the automatically operated vehicle on behalf of the remote operator when the similarity determination section determines the remote operation support request state is similar to the past operation support request state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
