To provide a manufacturing method of a vehicular wheel which can stably and efficiently perform deburring and formation of a C-face and an R-face without variations like a manual labor in edge processing of a spoke edge and secure a stable coating film in a coating step in the spoke edge, and provide a vehicular wheel.SOLUTION: Edge processing brings a blade tip of a processing blade into contact with a spoke edge in such a posture that a cutting tool is erected with respect to a disk face while holding a tool rotation direction angle within a range in which a blade tip shape in the R-shape or polygonal C-shape of the cutting tool can perform transfer processing with a processing machine of CNC control having four-axes or more by using the cutting tool for non-rotation processing in which the processing blade having the blade tip in the R-shaped or polygonal C-shaped recessed shape is formed in a protruding manner on an outer peripheral surface on the tip side of the rod-like cutting tool connected to a rod-like shank part, removes burrs from the spoke edge by relatively moving the blade tip continuously along the ridge line of the spoke edge and shaving the spoke edge, continuously forms a processing face in the uniform shape in the R-shape or polygonal C-shape according to the blade tip shape of the cutting tool, and stably forms a coating film in a subsequent coating step on the spoke edge processing face.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】スポークエッジのエッジ処理は手作業のようなバラつきがなくバリ取りとC面又はR面の形成を安定的且つ効率よく行え、スポークエッジに塗装工程で安定した塗膜が確保できる車両用ホイールの製造方法及び車両用ホイールを提供する。【解決手段】エッジ処理は、棒状のシャンク部に連接する棒状切削工具先端側外周面にR形又は多角C形の凹形状の刃先を持つ加工刃を突出形成した非回転加工用の切削工具を用いて4軸以上のCNC制御の加工機械により切削工具のR形又は多角C形の刃先形状が転写加工できる範囲内の工具回転方向角度を保持しながら切削工具をディスク面に対して立てた姿勢で加工刃の刃先をスポークエッジに当ててスポークエッジの稜線に沿って連続的に相対移動させて削ることによりスポークエッジに対してバリを除去するとともに切削工具の刃先形状に合わせたR形又は多角C形の一様な形状の加工面を連続して形成し、スポークエッジ加工面に後の塗装工程で塗膜を安定形成できるようにする。【選択図】図6
