To alleviate restrictions on deburring work to manufacture a vehicular wheel with good efficiency.SOLUTION: When manufacturing a vehicular wheel comprising a window part at a disk part, a molten metal is filled in a cavity 24, which is formed by combining a plurality of metal molds including an upper die 21 and a lower die 22, to cast a wheel blank, and thereafter, burrs generated on parts corresponding to mating surfaces of the metal molds are removed. The upper die 21 and the lower die 22 comprise window part mating surfaces 212, 222 which form portions corresponding to the window parts on disk part corresponding parts of the wheel blank in a casting process. The upper die 21 and the lower die 22 are formed so that at least a part of an edge 19 of the window part mating surfaces 212, 222 contacting the cavity 24 is located on the most front side of the cavity 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7

    【課題】バリ除去作業に関する制約を緩和し、車両用ホイールを能率よく製造する。【解決手段】ディスク部に窓部を備えた車両用ホイールの製造にあたり、上型21および下型22を含む複数の金型を合わせることにより形成されたキャビティ24に溶湯を充填してホイール素材を鋳造したのち、金型の合わせ面に対応する部位に生じたバリを除去する。上型21および下型22は、鋳造工程でホイール素材のディスク部相当部に窓部に相当する部分を形成する窓部合わせ面212,222を備える。上型21および下型22は、窓部合わせ面212,222のうちキャビティ24に接する縁19の少なくとも一部がキャビティ24の最も表側に配置されるように形成されている。【選択図】図7
