To enable overheat prevention processing to be appropriately performed in accordance with a risk that a motor related component is overheated without requiring cumbersome operation such as destination setting.SOLUTION: A server recording medium 70 stores overheat risk area information in which an overheat risk area is determined on the basis of motor temperatures TM at many points Px, travel locations PV, that an electric vehicle 12 passes. An on-vehicle electronic control device 20: determines whether or not an electric vehicle 12 travels the overheat risk area on the basis of the overheat risk area information; and executes motor cooling processing to prevent an electric motor 42 from being overheated when determining that the electric vehicle travels the overheat risk area. Thus, the motor cooling processing can be executed on the basis of a risk that the electric motor 42 is overheated without requiring cumbersome operation such as destination setting and thereby enabling the electric motor 42 to be appropriately protected from being overheated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】目的地の設定等の面倒な操作を必要とすることなく、モータ関連部品の過熱の危険性に基づいて過熱抑制処理が適切に行われるようにする。【解決手段】サーバ記録媒体70には、電動車両12の走行位置PVである多数の地点Pxにおけるモータ温度TMに基づいて過熱危険域が定められた過熱危険域情報が記憶されており、車載電子制御装置20は、その過熱危険域情報に基づいて電動車両12が過熱危険域を走行するか否かを判定し、過熱危険域を走行すると判定した場合に電動モータ42の過熱を抑制するためのモータ冷却処理を実行する。したがって、目的地の設定等の面倒な操作を必要とすることなく、電動モータ42の過熱の危険性に基づいてモータ冷却処理が行われ、電動モータ42を過熱から適切に保護することができる。【選択図】図1
