To provide a driving device of a permanent magnet synchronous machine which enables torque control with high accuracy and high response by a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A permanent magnet synchronous machine driving device has a power converter 102 driving a permanent magnet synchronous machine 103 and a controller 101 controlling the power converter 102. The controller 101 has a torque correction unit 110 correcting a torque command value inputted and a current command calculation unit 111 generating a current command value for performing a drive control to the permanent magnet synchronous machine 103 from the torque command value corrected by the torque correction unit 110. The torque correction unit 110 corrects the torque command value based on a value related to a magnet magnetic flux of the permanent magnet synchronous machine 103 and the current command value generated by the current command calculation unit 111.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
