The invention discloses a torque compensation method of a permanent magnet synchronous motor. The torque compensation method comprises the following steps: acquiring friction torques Tfri corresponding to rotating speeds n of a permanent magnet synchronous motor in different rotating directions during no-load operation; obtaining a three-dimensional table of torque deviation Terr corresponding tothe permanent magnet synchronous motor at the temperature t, the rotating speed n and the given torque Tind; and correcting a finally output torque instruction Tcor for checking a d-axis ampere meterand a q-axis ampere meter and correcting an electrical angle E theta fed back by the motor according to the given torque instruction Tind and the motor rotating speed n. Hardware equipment does not need to be added; the torque deviation Terr three-dimensional table, a friction torque Tfri table and an angle error theta cmp two-dimensional table are established through experiments; stator current deviation caused by signal delay in an electronic circuit in motor operation and permanent magnet synchronous motor torque loss caused by environmental factors are compensated, and the control precision of the motor torque is guaranteed.
一种永磁同步电机的转矩补偿方法,包含以下步骤:获取永磁同步电机在空载运行时不同旋转方向下的转速n所对应的摩擦扭矩T;获取永磁同步电机在温度t、转速n、给定扭矩T下所对应的扭矩偏差T的三维表格;给定扭矩指令T和电机转速n对最终输出用于查d、q轴电流表的扭矩指令T进行修正以及对电机反馈的电角度E进行修正。本发明不需增加硬件设备,通过实验建立得到的扭矩偏差T三维表格、摩擦扭矩T表格和角度误差θ二维表格,将电机运行中的电子电路中的信号延时造成的定子电流的偏差、及环境因素造成的永磁同步电机转矩损失进行补偿,保证了电机转矩的控制精度。
