The invention discloses a permanent magnet synchronous traction machine, relates to the technical field of elevator traction machines, and aims to solve the problems that more machining equipment and personnel are needed or more part suppliers need to be found when parts are independently machined; the structure of the processing station is relatively complex, so that the production efficiency is reduced to a certain extent; according to the technical scheme, the traction machine is characterized by comprising a traction machine base, a traction machine base rear end cover, a shaft head pressing plate, a first shaft ring, a second shaft ring, a traction wheel, a deep groove ball bearing, a front bearing gland, a rear bearing gland, a flat key and a traction machine main shaft, and a rotor magnet yoke is arranged in the traction machine base; according to the invention, the use of parts is reduced, and the self weight is lighter in the process of bearing more loads; the machining steps and the machining difficulty of a precise part, namely the traction machine main shaft, are reduced, and the machining efficiency and the percent of pass are improved; the assembling steps are simpler, and the assembling difficulty is lower.

    本发明公开了一种永磁同步曳引机,涉及电梯曳引机技术领域,旨在解决零件独立加工,需要使用更多的加工设备和人员或者需要寻找更多的零件供应商;加工位的结构相对复杂,一定程度上降低了生产效率;利用率较低,曳引机自重偏大的问题,其技术方案要点是:包括曳引机机座、曳引机机座后端盖、轴头压板、第一轴环、第二轴环、曳引轮、深沟球轴承、前轴承压盖、后轴承压盖、平键和曳引机主轴,曳引机机座的内部装设有转子磁轭;本发明减少了零件的使用,并且在能够承受更多载荷的过程中,自重更轻;降低了曳引机主轴这个精密零件的加工步骤和加工难度,提升了加工效率和合格率;装配步骤更简单,组装难度更低。
